Returns & Exchanges
We genuinely care about the quality of SkinKey products and strive to ensure that every order brings a positive experience.
The return and exchange of cosmetic products are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
Returns & Exchanges of Products of Proper Quality
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the List of Non-Returnable Goods approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, cosmetic and perfumery products of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accordingly, SkinKey cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
Cases Where We Will Be Happy to Help
We will gladly review your request if:

the product has a manufacturing defect;

the product was damaged during shipping;

you received a product that does not match your order.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

your order number;
-
photos of the product;
-
photos of the packaging (if damaged);

a brief description of the issue.
Each request is reviewed individually.
Damage During Shipping
When receiving your order, we recommend carefully inspecting the package at the carrier's pickup location.
If the package or product shows visible damage, we recommend filing a damage report with the carrier before leaving the pickup location and contacting the SkinKey support team immediately.
This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Individual Skin Reactions
Every person's skin is unique, and reactions to cosmetic products may vary.
Before first use, we recommend performing a patch test by applying a small amount of the product to a small area of skin.
If irritation or any other adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
An individual skin reaction does not indicate that the product is defective and, by itself, is not grounds for a return or exchange.
Reporting Timeframe
If you discover a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error in your order, we recommend notifying us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
This allows us to promptly investigate the issue and offer the most appropriate solution.
Ordering Errors
If the Buyer mistakenly selects the wrong product, size, quantity, or other product characteristics during checkout, products of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
Review of Claims
Every request is reviewed individually, fairly, and in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
